My background is in product management and enterprise CRM—understanding complicated workflows, listening to the people inside them, and turning that complexity into something people can actually use.
GemCraft started when I looked at collecting through that same lens and realized how many everyday problems we had accepted simply because no connected system had been built to solve them. We rely on fragmented spreadsheets to track what we own. We jump between five different marketplaces and pricing aggregators just to figure out a fair offer. We spend hours researching condition, provenance, and historical sales data, only to manually re-enter that same information when it’s time to list or insure a card.
That fragmentation isn’t just annoying; it costs collectors time, money, and confidence. It makes the hobby feel like administrative work. The existing tools treat collecting as a static inventory problem, but real collecting is dynamic—it’s about discovery, negotiation, timing, and community.
Collectors deserve professional-grade infrastructure without losing the discovery, community, and magic that make the hobby worth caring about.
We are building GemCraft as the professional-grade command center for Pokémon TCG collectors: one place for collection management, transaction tools, practical AI assistance, market context, and community resources.
But a command center needs a community. That is why we are also building GemCentral, an open and welcoming destination for discovery, listing, trading, and trusted transactions.

It replaces your scattered spreadsheets with a unified portfolio view, pulling in real-time pricing data and historical context. It helps you track the cost basis of your collection, manage grading submissions, and organize your grail targets. When you are ready to make a move, GemCraft gives you the analytical tools to evaluate trades and structure offers with the precision of a professional dealer, all from a single dashboard.
GemCentral
Discover, list, trade, and transact within a shared identity and trust layer across the collector community. GemCentral is the public marketplace connected directly to your GemCraft portfolio. Instead of manually creating listings from scratch, you can push cards from your private collection straight to the market with a single click. GemCentral emphasizes verified reputation and transparent transaction history, ensuring that when you buy, sell, or trade, you know exactly who is on the other side of the deal. It is a marketplace built on accountability.
The connection between the platforms
What makes this ecosystem different is not just that we built two platforms—it is how those platforms talk to each other.
In the current landscape, the tools you use to manage your collection are entirely disconnected from the places where you buy and sell. If you want to list a card, you have to leave your inventory tool, open a marketplace, upload new photos, manually enter the condition, research the current market price, and write a description from scratch. If the card sells, you have to go back to your inventory tool and manually update your spreadsheet to reflect the transaction.
With GemCraft and GemCentral, that friction disappears. Because GemCraft serves as your private command center, it already knows the details, condition, and market value of every card you own. When you decide to sell or trade, you simply select the card in GemCraft and push it directly to the GemCentral marketplace. The listing is generated instantly, complete with verified provenance and high-resolution images from your vault. And when a transaction is completed on GemCentral, your GemCraft portfolio updates automatically—adjusting your total collection value, recording the sale price, and logging the transaction history. This is what we mean by a connected ecosystem: less administrative work, and more time actually enjoying the hobby.

The Architect is the context-aware assistance layer inside the GemCraft vision. Rather than presenting AI as a single chatbot, we are designing practical layers that can support real collector workflows:
Guidance: collection questions, market research, pricing choices, fees, shipping, negotiation practice, and listing preparation. The Architect can simulate trade scenarios before you send them.
Collection intelligence: portfolio-level context that helps surface movement, opportunities, risks, and possible next actions based on the specific cards you hold.
Visual and workflow assistance: image-aware card identification, platform-specific drafting, and repetitive-task reduction. Snap a photo, and let The Architect handle the metadata entry.
Curated knowledge: maintained domain material instead of an all-knowing-oracle promise. We ground the AI in verified hobby data to prevent confident hallucinations.

Meet The Associate
While The Architect provides guidance on the GemCraft side, The Associate is GemCentral’s built-in AI helper.
The Associate quietly watches marketplace activity, offers, and lounges. When you add a card to your want list or grail wall, The Associate scans the floor for collectors holding those exact cards. It surfaces matches and fresh offers while you’re away, connecting you with the right people to build your collection. It’s not an autonomous broker—it’s a contextual matching layer designed to help you find what you’re looking for faster. Beyond matchmaking, The Associate helps moderate the community, flagging suspicious listings and ensuring that the GemCentral marketplace remains a secure, high-trust environment for everyone involved.
